Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive macro-economic and technological trend analysis with a specific focus on the 2026 technology horizon.
- Lead the development of the company’s 3-5 year innovation roadmap and present strategic recommendations to the C-Suite.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) relevant to our sector.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable product features.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the organization.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to ensure we remain ahead of industry shifts leading into 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management within the US market.
- Proven track record of forecasting future industry trends and successfully implementing them.
- Deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3 technologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
