Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track ROI through 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate breakthrough technology adoption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
