Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscape (Gartner Hype Cycle expertise)
