Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
