Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies for next-gen markets
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and disruption assessments for emerging sectors
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
