- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for future deployment
- Present vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor emerging talent in innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or tech leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
