Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-encrypted systems and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities in post-2025 tech landscapes
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems and biometric data governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on market disruption scenarios
- Drive innovation sprints using blockchain-based project management tools
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or R&D leadership with exposure to quantum computing or AI ethics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects implemented post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrix)
