Responsibilities

- Translate foresight analysis into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or product development with proven future-planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic planning implementations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) highly valued
