- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or Blue Ocean Strategy
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully executed innovation initiatives
