Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technological adoption and integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots and scaling successful initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Develop quantitative models to assess ROI and feasibility of future-focused projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and long-term growth
- Forge strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight qualification
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- PhD or Master's in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
