Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch breakthrough products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in rapidly evolving tech landscapes
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Measure and iterate on innovation KPIs using data-driven methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with $1M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities

- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy execution (case studies required)
