Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-focused projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of leading complex innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CPSM) preferred
