Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through proprietary research frameworks
- Build and manage an ecosystem of industry experts, startups, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing executive decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
