Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI, climate tech) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Mapping, Systems Dynamics)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
