Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps for AI/quantum convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation fellows and drive culture of calculated experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Deep expertise in neural-symbolic AI and quantum machine learning
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executable blueprints
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/ACM)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/C++ preferred)
