Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research for emerging tech domains
- Build stakeholder relationships with industry disruptors, academia, and venture capital partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with quantified impact projections
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
