Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products/services using AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptors across global markets
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)

- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field

- Deep network within Silicon Valley's tech and venture capital ecosystems
