- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and external investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching market-defining products with 2026+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
