Responsibilities

- Manage $2M+ R&D budget with agile resource allocation
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with 2026 business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential tech domains
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams using design thinking methodologies
- Drive patent portfolios and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
