Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Develop patentable IP in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M annual R&D budget for future-tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/R&D
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or AGI (NeurIPS/ICML papers)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ patented technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Experience managing $1M+ R&D budgets
- Clearance for government partnerships (preferred)
