Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, bio-engineering, and climate tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Secure partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Horizon 2030 for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Drive innovation culture through quarterly 'Future Labs' with industry stakeholders
- Monitor emerging tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, orbital infrastructure) and assess commercial viability
- Manage $25M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in foresight/futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 10X+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature or Harvard Business Review
- PhD in Physics, Bioengineering, or Computer Science from top-tier institution
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations with commercial traction
- Certification in Systems Thinking and Scenario Planning
