- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for pilot programs and prototyping initiatives
- Author thought leadership pieces on future tech trends and market disruption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with 5+ year impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
