Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product portfolios aligned with future consumer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present forward-looking insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, or sustainable AI)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing budgets over $5M for innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry white papers
