Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain a dynamic innovation roadmap with measurable milestones and KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technology adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed insights
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
