- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and mentor diverse teams including engineering, product management, and design to ensure cohesive execution.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and market trends to drive product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee project lifecycles, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of major initiatives.
- Culture of Excellence: Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in program management, product management, or strategic leadership within the tech industry.
- Roadmap Mastery: Proven experience in defining and executing multi-year product and technology roadmaps.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
