Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project execution for the 2026 initiative, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Lead agile methodologies and coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with risk mitigation strategies and budget oversight
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement advanced analytics to track KPIs and optimize resource allocation
- Champion innovation culture through design thinking workshops and rapid prototyping
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or R&D environments
- PMP or PgMP certification required with CSM/PSM strongly preferred
- Proven track record leading complex initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for enterprise-level deployments
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana with data visualization tools
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
