Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized machine learning algorithms
- Conduct research on quantum supremacy applications in real-world scenarios
- Develop error-correction frameworks for large-scale quantum neural networks
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration across industry verticals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through internal hackathons
- Publish findings in leading journals and present at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of error correction protocols and quantum coherence optimization
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI/quantum research journals
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
