Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and cybersecurity specialists
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop proprietary quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise applications
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and academic institutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record designing quantum algorithms or neural networks with >100 qubit simulations
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience leading technical teams through agile development of complex systems
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum hardware roadmaps
