Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-scale data processing
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy benchmarks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Shor's) with 3+ years implementation
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
