Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Publish findings in Nature Quantum and top-tier AI conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners on real-world quantum AI deployments
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or advanced AI systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience leading R&D teams with $1M+ budgets
- Strong background in quantum error correction and entanglement theory
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into commercial applications
