Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for 99.9% fidelity systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit scalability and coherence optimization
- Develop quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Author technical roadmaps for quantum advantage in finance and logistics sectors
- Mentor quantum software engineers on algorithm optimization for near-term devices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in quantum architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological qubit systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems and microwave engineering
- Track record of delivering quantum computing solutions in commercial environments
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage applications in optimization and simulation
