Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with >1000 qubit capacity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware/software integration
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Partner with academia to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum security standards for government and Fortune 500 clients
- Optimize quantum circuits for near-term hardware limitations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience securing DoD or NASA quantum projects preferred
