As our Quantum Computing Architect, you'll lead the conceptualization and implementation of scalable quantum architectures that solve previously impossible computational challenges. Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop error-correction protocols for multi-qubit systems at scale
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Define hardware-software integration specifications for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and implement novel quantum memory solutions for extended computation times
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present architectural roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theories
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ R&D grants from DARPA/NIST
