Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Research quantum materials and superconducting qubit innovations
- Develop quantum cloud APIs for enterprise integration
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in quantum information theory
