Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Secure $10M+ R&D funding through NIH/DARPA proposals
- Drive commercialization of quantum applications in finance and AI
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
