Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise-level applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for AI optimization
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop patent-pending quantum security protocols for 2026-era data protection
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging qubit stabilization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning models
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks with published research
- Proven experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Strong background in topological quantum error correction codes
- Published papers in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience securing $10M+ quantum technology grants or contracts
