Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Establish industry standards for quantum-computer interface protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum hardware/software systems
