Responsibilities

- Develop protocols for quantum-safe cryptography integration into existing infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and security specialists
- Define standards for quantum-compatibility in legacy systems
- Present architectures to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in high-performance infrastructure architecture
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in quantum hardware engineering from IBM/Microsoft
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (Azure Quantum, AWS Braket)
