Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and macroeconomic trends to predict the landscape of 2026.
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps and preparation frameworks for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations) to align 2026 goals with current business operations.
- Present data-driven insights and future scenarios to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving market and propose mitigation strategies.
- Lead workshops to foster a culture of innovation and future-thinking across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, futures studies, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and implementing strategic pivots.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse teams.
- Experience with scenario planning tools and future-of-work methodologies.
