Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term strategic goals with actionable technical milestones.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives in cutting-edge fields such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Architect scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen user experiences.
- Mentor and guide a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies before they impact the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading major technology transformations and delivering complex systems.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
