Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, market disruptions, and global megatrends to forecast industry impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models and strategic frameworks for navigating complex futures
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with predicted market evolutions
- Deliver executive-level insights through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Collaborate with product teams to embed foresight into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database and monitoring system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready narratives
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, biotech, etc.)
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
