Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts with 2026 impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Present compelling trend analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging megatrends
- Guide product roadmaps through future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
