Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans targeting 2026 market opportunities and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and forecasting emerging trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for sustainable business models in post-2025 landscapes
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario-planning reports
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles within tech/energy sectors
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, climate tech, and digital transformation megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFP) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
