Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with quantifiable KPIs for board-level approval
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Author quarterly foresight reports with predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other forward-thinking industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
