- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trend Report, Foresight Platform)
