Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused product roadmaps for quantum-encrypted AI systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for next-gen autonomous ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research collaborators
- Lead patent development for breakthrough neural interface technologies
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in predictive modeling for socio-technical systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal/state programs
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
