Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for healthcare, climate resilience, and neurotech verticals
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into 5-year strategic plans
- Author thought leadership on human-machine convergence paradigms
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for 2026 innovation incubators
- Present foresight findings at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year horizon impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or singularity studies
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to commercial deployment
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech strategies (portfolio required)
