Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify opportunities and risks through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation pathways
- Produce comprehensive foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused research and development initiatives
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation skills
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
