- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other innovation hubs to co-develop 2026 roadmaps
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026-proofing our product ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate-tech disruption
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
