Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions for market validation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GIST, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
